Recently, a group of young men in Russia started a campaign. The aim of the campaign is to shame drivers who do not follow traffic rules. The young men wait on a footpath to block motorists who illegally use it as a shortcut. At first, they politely ask the drivers to turn back. Most apologize and turn around. Others, however, are less cooperative. The youths stick big stickers on their windshields when they do not cooperate. The stickers are made in such a way that they don’t come off very easily.

Some motorists react very strongly.One woman in the video even threatens to murder the youths. Another continues driving with one of the young men on the hood of her car. Luckily, no one was injured in the video.

The movement has been quite successful. So far, their video has had over 1 million views on YouTube.
