President Moon Jae-in of South Korea has reaffirmed Seoul’s view that the removal of nuclear weapons on the Korean Peninsula is the best guarantee of peace. He was speaking a day after landmark talks with North Korea. It insists its nuclear weapons are not up for discussion and says they are aimed at the United States, not at South Korea, Russia or China.
