◎ 英語中的否定疑問句通常不是因為有疑問而問，而是表示：①驚訝、責(zé)備、批評等語氣；②強(qiáng)烈的肯定語氣。

Haven't you read that book？你沒有讀過那本書嗎？（=I'm surprised that you haven't read that book.）

Have you read that book？你讀過那本書嗎？（只問是否讀過）

Don't you know who he is？你難道不知道他是誰嗎？（=I'm surprised that you even don't know who he is.）

Do you know who he is？你知道他是誰嗎？（問是否知道）

Haven't you got my letter？你沒有收到我的信嗎？（=I'm surprised that you haven't got the letter which I wrote to you.）

Have you got my letter？你收到我的信了嗎？（只問是否收到）
