釋義：
give in (to)接受(原本反對(duì)的事情)，服從……屈服，提交(hand in)
在經(jīng)過(guò)一番勸說(shuō)之后，接受原本反對(duì)的事情。如果是互相爭(zhēng)吵的狀況，就表示屈服或投降的意思。另外，give in 也可以像 hand in 一樣表示“提交某物”。
