　　表示“有些事情要做 ( to do ) ”的句式。something 的位置可以由 nothing，anything 取代，形成多樣的表達。

　　例句：

　　I can't go play golf with you. I have a lot to do.

　　我不能和你去打高爾夫了。有很多事情要做。

　　Do you have anything to declare?

　　你有事情要申訴嗎？

　　It couldn't be better. I have nothing to complain about.
