　　make somebody (sth) +形容詞 (名詞) 使某人……

　　這同樣是一種祈使動(dòng)詞的用法。“make+賓語(yǔ)”后面接的不是動(dòng)詞而是形容詞或名詞。表示使賓語(yǔ)……，戀人之間經(jīng)常會(huì)說(shuō)到 You make me happy ( 有你在很幸福）等等。

　　例句：

　　She really makes me angry! I have to break up with her.

　　她真的讓我很生氣！我必須得和她分手了。

　　Can you make it mild?

　　你能不能聽(tīng)話(huà)？

　　Don't ever do that again! That makes me sick.

　　再也不要那樣了！真讓我惡心。

　　It'll only make a bad situation worse.

　　這只能讓事情更糟。

　　What makes you so special?

　　是什么讓你變得如此特別？

　　What makes you so sure I don't have talent?

　　你憑什么堅(jiān)信我沒(méi)有才華？

　　That's making me crazy! I'm out of here.

　　這真讓我崩潰，我走了。

　　We ran out of time. Please make it short.

　　我們沒(méi)時(shí)間了，請(qǐng)快點(diǎn)說(shuō)。

　　Please make the slices of bread really thick.

　　請(qǐng)將面包切成厚片。

　　對(duì)話(huà)：

　　A: Please make it neat, short, and to the point.

　　請(qǐng)簡(jiǎn)短地表達(dá)重點(diǎn)。

　　B: Okay, how short should I make it?

　　好吧，我應(yīng)該說(shuō)得多簡(jiǎn)短呢？

　　A: The cost of school keeps going higher and higher.

　　學(xué)費(fèi)一直在漲。

　　B: I know. The increase in cost makes me angry.

　　就是，正因?yàn)閷W(xué)費(fèi)的問(wèn)題，我越來(lái)越生氣。

　　A: Paul said that he wants to take you out on a date.

　　保羅說(shuō)他想和你約會(huì)。

　　B: I'll never go out with him. Paul makes me sick.
