　　see through 看破，看穿

　　表示通過某物觀察，“看破……”，另外，將某物觀察到底，“堅持到底”或“幫忙幫到底”。 see-though 就變成了形容詞，可以表示“心知肚明的”。

　　例句：

　　Can you totally see through her shirt?

　　她的上衣是不是透明的？

　　The jury would see through that.

　　陪審團會看穿的。

　　I started doing something charitable and I'm going to see it through.

　　我剛開始參加慈善事業(yè)，而且會做到底的。

　　對話：

　　A: Are you sure John is in his apartment?
