Chinese mega star Fan Bingbing has been fined around 883 million yuan ($129m; ￡98.9m) for tax evasion and other offences, authorities said Wednesday.

周三官方結(jié)果公布，中國(guó)超級(jí)巨星范冰冰因逃稅和其它違法行為被罰款8.83億人民幣(1.29億美元;9.89千萬(wàn)英鎊)

The star, who disappeared in July, posted along apology on social media.

這位從七月就銷(xiāo)聲匿跡的大明星，在社交平臺(tái)上發(fā)布了一封很長(zhǎng)的致歉信。

Criminal charge: 刑事控告

Ms Fan, who is one of China's highest paid actors, will escape criminal charges if the fines are paid on time, said state news agency Xinhua.

據(jù)國(guó)家新聞機(jī)構(gòu)新華社報(bào)道，范冰冰——這位中國(guó)收入最高的演員之一，如果能按期繳納全部罰款并不會(huì)被追究刑事責(zé)任。

The actress had been linked to a government probe into how celebrities reported earnings in their contracts.

Yin-yang contract: 陰陽(yáng)合同

Some film stars were alleged to have usedso-called "yin-yang contracts" —— a practice where one contract sets out an actor's real earnings, and another details a lower figure, with the latter submitted to the tax authorities.

一些電影明星被指稱(chēng)簽訂所謂的“陰陽(yáng)合同” —— 一份合同簽訂演員真實(shí)的收入，另一份卻寫(xiě)著更低的酬金，從而用后者向稅務(wù)局繳納稅款。

Authorities have now ordered Ms Fan and the companies she controls to pay the huge sum in taxes, fines and penalties.

On Wednesday, the star posted an open apology to her tens of millions of fans on her Weibo account saying: "I've been suffering unprecedented pain recently…… I'm so ashamed of what I've done. Here, I sincerely apologise to everyone.

周三，這位明星在其擁有千萬(wàn)粉絲的微博賬號(hào)上寫(xiě)到:“最近一段時(shí)間，我經(jīng)歷了從未有過(guò)的痛苦……我為自己的所作所為深感羞愧。在這里向大家誠(chéng)懇道歉。”

"I completely accept all the penalty decisions made according to law, after the investigation done by tax authorities. I will follow the order, try my best to overcome difficulties, raise fund, pay taxes and fines."

“對(duì)稅務(wù)機(jī)關(guān)調(diào)查后依法作出的一系列處罰決定，我完全接受。我會(huì)按照處罰決定，盡全力克服一切困難，籌措資金，補(bǔ)繳稅款，繳納罰款。”
