Does the light of your soul still shine
你靈魂的光是否耀眼四射
Is it still a beacon that others can find

Or does a guilty conscience cover it like a film

Dulling its rays and causing it to look dim
而變得暗淡無光昏沉陰暗
Do you tell yourself everything is just fine

Ignoring the needs of others as if blind
無視他人的需求仿佛雙目失明
What about those who have gone astray
比如那些誤入歧途的人
nd those who are lonely and afraid
再如那些孤獨(dú)怯弱的人
Search your heart and see what you find
認(rèn)真思考一下看看自己發(fā)現(xiàn)了什么
Ask yourself if you have been unkind
捫心自問是否與人為善
Good deeds alone will not get you into Heaven
單調(diào)的善行無法叩響天堂的大門
Extend a helping hand to your fallen brethren
扶一把你身陷囹圄的手足吧
It will clear your conscience and erase your sins
如此你的良知得以洗滌罪惡得以清除
And the light of your soul will be bright again
靈魂之光也會(huì)再次迸射
Others will look upon you as a beacon of hope
