例1：
I think I am a person with a big vision.
我覺得我是一個有大局觀的人。

I have to admit that sometimes I do miss some small details.
我必須承認有時候我確實會遺漏一些小細節(jié)。

But I think those small mistakes are correctable and there are always teammates who pay attention to details.
但是我認為這些小錯誤都是可以糾正的，而且總會有那種非常關注細節(jié)的隊友。

So these complementary traits will help our team to go further.
所以我們的優(yōu)勢互補會讓我們團隊走得更遠。

 

例2：

I think my management skills could be stronger since I have been working as a xxx specialist for the past two years, during which I didn't have much opportunity (experience) to manage a team.
我覺得我的管理能力還有待提高，因為我過去兩年的工作都是作為xxx專員，在此期間，我并沒有太多機會管理公司。

But I have been trying to seize every opportunity as I can to improve it.
但是我一直盡自己所能把握每一個機會去提高它。
