The number of people who have died with coronavirus in United States is now more than those who've died in China. More than 3.400 have died in the U.S, in comparison with China's figure of just over 3.000.

In Europe, Italy has seen another relatively small rise in new infections, but the number of people died on a daily basis remained high. France has seen its worst number of dead in one day.
