他始終仁慈，樂于借人，他的后人也會(huì)蒙賜福。

Depart from evil, and do good, And dwell for evermore;

遠(yuǎn)離惡人，多行善，會(huì)永遠(yuǎn)安享太平;

For the Lord loveth judgment, And forsaketh not his saints:

因?yàn)樯系巯矏酃?，不嫌惡他的圣?

They are preserved forever: But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

他們永受護(hù)佑，但是惡人的后代將被鏟除。

The righteous shall inherit the land, And dwell therein forever.

正直的人繼承土地的饒富，永居于此。

The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, And his tongue talketh of judgment;

從正直的人嘴中說出的是智慧的話語，他的舌頭來評(píng)定是否公平;

The law of his God is in his heart; None of his steps shall slide.

上帝的法律他銘記在心;他的腳步永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)趔趄。

The wicked watcheth the righteous, And seeketh to slay him.

邪惡之人偷窺正直之人，伺機(jī)要他性命。

The Lord will not leave him in his hand, Nor condemn him when he is judged.

上帝不會(huì)任他下手在他受到審判時(shí)，也不會(huì)判罪。

Wait on the Lord, and keep his way, And he shall exalt thee to inherit the land;

等待上帝的指示，按照他的吩咐走，他將提拔你，讓你繼承土地的饒富;

When the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it.

邪惡之人將被鏟除，你會(huì)看到。

I have seen the wicked in great power, And spreading himself like a green bay tree;

我目睹邪惡之人勢(shì)力很大，像一棵枝繁葉茂的月桂樹四處延伸;

Yet he passed away, and, lo, he was not; Yea, I sought him, but he could not be found.

人們從那里經(jīng)過，定睛看去他已不見;我也把他尋找，可是無法找到。
