詢盤是貿(mào)易的開始，也是貿(mào)易過程中十分重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。買方在詢價(jià)時(shí)應(yīng)注意：

1．因詢價(jià)就是向潛在的供應(yīng)商探詢交易條件，并不具約束力，因此，應(yīng)該廣泛詢價(jià)，以了解市場(chǎng)行情。

2．詢價(jià)的形式可采取發(fā)價(jià)目單、商品目錄或直接詢問都可。

3．如果你急于采購(gòu)某種商品，詢價(jià)不要太集中，以防暴露真實(shí)意圖，對(duì)方趁機(jī)扛價(jià)。

CIF是Cost Insurance and Freight的縮寫形式，表示“到岸價(jià)格”。

kick-back傭金

Kick-back是一個(gè)合成詞。kick在俚語(yǔ)中有“錢包”的意思。收回到錢包里的東西自然就是“傭金”了。例如：The salary is not high, but we can get 8％ kick-back of what we have sold out.薪水不多，但是我們可以拿到銷售額百分之八的傭金。
