1　a moment 意為“一會(huì)兒”，可單獨(dú)使用，有時(shí)同介詞in或for連用，指很短的一段時(shí)間。

Let me think a moment . 讓我想一會(huì)兒。

He'll be back in a moment . 他一會(huì)兒就回來(lái)。

Wait a moment , please?

Just a moment , please?

One moment , please? 請(qǐng)稍等 。（打電話用語(yǔ) ）

2　at the moment 用在現(xiàn)在時(shí)的句子中表示“此刻，這時(shí)”，相當(dāng)于this moment；用在過(guò)去時(shí)的句子中表示“那時(shí)”，相當(dāng)于that moment。

He's doing his homework at the moment . 他現(xiàn)在正在做作業(yè)。

The weather in Nanjing was not very good at the moment . 當(dāng)時(shí)南京的天氣不太好。

I could not think of her name at the moment . 我當(dāng)時(shí)想不起她的名字了。

3　the moment 可用作連詞，表示“一……就”，引導(dǎo)時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句，相當(dāng)于as soon as。

I'll call you the moment I get home. 我一到家就給你打電話。
