1　worth 意為“價值……”，后接表示價值的名詞，如：two dollars, five yuan；也表示“值得……”，后接動名詞，動名詞要用主動形式。

The watch is worth two hundred dollars. 這塊手表值200美元。

The book is worth reading. 這本書值得讀。

The child is worth teaching. 這孩子值得教。

It is not worth your going there. 你去那兒是不值得的。

2　worthy 表示“有價值的，值得的”，表示有資格或適合，可作定語，也可作表語，作表語時常用于“be worthy of”或“be worthy to be+過去分詞”結構。

His bravery is worthy of great praise. 他的勇敢值得大加稱贊。
