403　guess, suppose和imagine

1　guess 意為“猜，猜測”，指憑空進行猜測。

You guessed right. 你猜對了。

I should guess her to be about fifty. 我猜她大約50歲。

2　suppose 意為“假定，猜想，料想”，很可能是正確的料想，接近于think，但根據(jù)較少。

I don't suppose he will come. 我想他不會來。

What do you suppose he meant? 你認為他是什么意思？

I suppose she is not yet twenty. 我想她還不到20歲。

3　imagine 意為“想象”。

Can you imagine such fat men climbing the mountain? 你能想象這些胖子攀登這座高山的情景嗎？
