It`s "Duang", an onomatopoetic word which doesn`tcorrelate with any particular Chinese character andrefers to special effects.

沒錯(cuò)，就是Duang，這個(gè)找不到對(duì)應(yīng)漢字的擬聲拼音，它現(xiàn)在有了“特效”的意思。

 

 

A video parody adapted from a shampoo commercial featuring Hong Kong actor Jackie Chanwent viral online, leading Internet users to coin the word.

這個(gè)詞出自一段惡搞香港男演員成龍代言洗發(fā)水廣告的視頻。該視頻迅速走紅，其中的Duang更是被網(wǎng)友們賦予新意。。

The video begins with Chan flashing his black, sleek hair, which would have been flawlessexcept that it was not his real hair, to the tune of online hit, "My Skating Shoes", known for itscoarse melody and the singer`s strong southern Mandarin dialect.

The actor`s Weibo account was flooded with comments containing the word in this sweepingonline trend.
