(一)、 中國(guó)人與英美人打電話有很大差異。用英語(yǔ)打電話要掌握以下幾點(diǎn)：

1. 打電話人接通電話后可說：Hello ! 接著說：This is sb.speaking./Could(May)I speak to sb.?/Is sb.in? 但不能問：Whoare you?接電話人可說：Hello!Good morning/afternoon/ evening.緊接著 將自己的電話號(hào)碼或姓名告訴對(duì)方。如：(This is ) 3531968./This is Jim speaking.
