西方餐桌禮儀
1. 辨認(rèn)餐桌刀叉。一套正宗的西餐餐具共包括:牛油刀、面包碟、前菜刀叉、主菜刀叉、湯匙、甜品叉匙、紅白酒酒杯。
2. 正確擺放餐巾。餐巾不僅要擺在腿上,并將餐巾折痕靠近自己。中途暫時(shí)離席應(yīng)將餐巾放在椅子上或用刀壓著餐巾一角任其垂下。
3. 正確使用刀叉。刀叉使用次序一定是由外至內(nèi)。如中途離席,刀叉應(yīng)呈“八”字放置,叉背向上放。用餐完畢后,應(yīng)該把刀叉并排放在盤(pán)子右面,叉背向下,刀在叉子的右側(cè)。
4. 雙手取食物。向自己的盤(pán)中取食物時(shí),一定要用雙手,即要用左手拿叉、右手持湯匙將食物夾到自己的盤(pán)中。
5.喝湯及吃面包。湯匙要由內(nèi)向外舀,湯剩下不多時(shí)可以將湯盤(pán)輕輕向外傾斜。吃面包時(shí)合乎禮儀的吃法是把面包用手撕成小片,再緩緩放入口中。
