第一,注意日記的格式:一般是左上角寫(xiě)當(dāng)天的日期,右上角寫(xiě)當(dāng)天的天氣情況(cloudy/ clear/ windy/ rainy/ fine/ snowy…)。日期通常采用兩種寫(xiě)法:一種是按“月、日、年”順序;另一種是按“日、月、年”的順序。注意要在年份之前有一個(gè)逗號(hào),而且月份通常可用縮寫(xiě)詞(如:Jan., Feb., Mar.等)。如果需要寫(xiě)星期,可將其寫(xiě)在日期的前面或后面。如:Monday, May15th, 2008或May15th, 2008, Monday
第二,抓準(zhǔn)日記的時(shí)態(tài):日記記敘的時(shí)間通常是在當(dāng)天的下午或晚上,因此所用的時(shí)態(tài)多為過(guò)去時(shí)態(tài)。但應(yīng)靈活掌握,如果日記敘述天氣、描寫(xiě)景色或?yàn)榱嗣鑼?xiě)生動(dòng),也可用現(xiàn)在時(shí)。
第三,日記一般按事情發(fā)生的先后順序記述,所以常需借助一些表示先后順序的詞語(yǔ),如at first, then, later on, afterwards, finally, at last等。一定要注意句與句、段與段之間的連接和過(guò)渡,適當(dāng)使用一些過(guò)渡詞語(yǔ)使其連接緊湊、過(guò)渡自然。
第四,確立日記的中心要點(diǎn),盡量突出主題,可以通過(guò)對(duì)某個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)、某個(gè)側(cè)面的描寫(xiě)來(lái)突出主題,千萬(wàn)不要寫(xiě)成一個(gè)流水帳。
