The fifth conference of the Steering Committee of the Constituent Session of the College of Commissioners General of Expo 2010 Shanghai China took place in the Expo Center this morning, during which the organizers explained some specific rules and issues in response to participants' major complaints.
Topics included reservation system of popular pavilions, treatment of visitors who get injured inside pavilions, shuttle bus service between the Expo Village and the Expo site, business operation within the site, music copyright and emergency plans of pavilions shutting down temporarily.
Participants expressed appreciation for the organizers' service and hoped to further strengthen communication with the organizers.
The session was hosted by Hiroshi Tsukamoto, chairman of the Steering Committee of Commissioners General of Expo 2010 Shanghai China and commissioner general of Japan. Commissioners general from 20 countries attended the session.
Hua Junduo, China's commissioner general for World Expo 2010, Hong Hao, director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, and Huang Jianzhi, deputy director general of the bureau, were present at the meeting.
