簡介:3月10日,人力資源和社會保障部部長尹蔚民在記者會上表示,希望今年制定出漸進(jìn)式延遲退休方案,明年報經(jīng)中央同意后公開征求意見,后年推出。方案將漸進(jìn)到位,每年只會延長幾個月的退休年齡,經(jīng)過相當(dāng)長時間達(dá)到法定退休年齡。方案推出后,至少五年以后才會實施。

I am glad to see that female officials and professionals can retire at a later age, and that they can still choose to retire at 55 if they want, according to the new regulation. Female professionals have gathered rich experience by the time they are about 50 years old, and at that time their children have grown up, so they would have more time to devote to work.

我很高興女干部、女技術(shù)人員延遲退休的政策得到落實,而且她們還可以在年滿55周歲時自愿退休。50歲左右正是女性的第二黃金期,她們不僅積累了很豐富的經(jīng)驗,小孩也長大了,少了很多牽掛,有更多時間投入工作。

The retirement age delay of female cadres and female intellectuals embodies the progress of the society, and it is a significant hallmark of gender equality. If we still stick with the previous way, it is kind of deprivation of their work rights and work promotion opportunities.

女干部、女知識分子延遲退休,體現(xiàn)了我國社會的進(jìn)步,是男女性別平等向前進(jìn)步的一個重要標(biāo)志。如果還是按照以前的方式,是對她們工作權(quán)利,工作發(fā)展晉升空間的剝奪。

To raise the retirement age will leave young people less vacant positions, so there will be a larger number of unemployed young people which may cause social instability. The delay in retirement will likely result in a number of elderly people, who are often not good at learning and accepting new things, occupying positions. On the other hand, without injecting fresh blood, the policy may stifle innovation and social development.

1)延遲退休,給年輕人空出來的職位將會越少,將會有大批年輕人失業(yè)造成社會不穩(wěn)定!2)延遲退休,將會使一批老人占著崗位,他們往往不善于學(xué)習(xí),不善于接受新事物,而年輕的血液補(bǔ)充不進(jìn)來,將阻礙創(chuàng)新、社會發(fā)展!

I don't approve of the retirement age delay as it cannot be applied to all jobs. People of 50 or more are unfit to do physical work, for instance sanitation workers, stevedores and transport workers. The retirement age delay will cause the greatest damage to them.

反對。不是所有工作都可以延遲退休的,環(huán)衛(wèi)工人,裝卸工人,運(yùn)輸工人,五十歲以上就不適宜體力工作了,延遲退休,損傷他們最大。

Gong Sen, deputy head of the Social Development Research Department with the State Council Development Research Center, pointed out that the way to cope with China's growing aging population and pension gap is to constantly raise the retirement age. Gong Sen said: "the retirement age delay" is not a "one size fits all" type, but rather an incremental reform which "raises a few months at a time each year", and said "it will not have too much impact on individuals."

國務(wù)院發(fā)展研究中心社會發(fā)展研究部副部長貢森指出,老齡化加劇,應(yīng)對我國養(yǎng)老金缺口的辦法,就是不斷提高退休年齡。貢森介紹,“延遲退休”并非“一刀切”式地提高退休年齡,而是“一年漲幾個月”的漸進(jìn)式改革,并表示“這樣對每個人的影響并不大”。
