輝山乳業(yè)準(zhǔn)備臨時(shí)清盤

China Huishan Dairy, the troubled company whose shares dove 85 per cent in March, is preparing for provisional liquidation after it found net liabilities in China may have totalled Rmb10.5bn ($1.6bn) at that time.

中國的輝山乳業(yè)(Huishan Dairy)正準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)行臨時(shí)清盤。此前，該公司發(fā)現(xiàn)今年3月其在中國大陸的凈負(fù)債有可能達(dá)105億元人民幣(合16億美元)。

Huishan said in a filing to the Hong Kong stock exchange that it had told its Cayman legal advisors to prepare documentation to place the company into provisional liquidation.

輝山乳業(yè)在提交給香港交易所(HKEx)的文件中稱，其已指示公司的開曼群島法律顧問擬備相關(guān)文件，以使公司進(jìn)入臨時(shí)清盤。

The Hong Kong-listed dairy supplier said its board had learned at a November 15 meeting that the net liabilities of the company’s subsidiaries in mainland China “could have been” Rmb10.5bn as of March 31.

這家在香港上市的乳制品供應(yīng)商表示，其董事會在2017年11月15日召開的會議上了解到，公司在中國大陸的附屬公司截至2017年3月31日的綜合凈負(fù)債“有可能達(dá)”105億元人民幣。

The company had sought in July to begin restructuring the total $3.9bn in debt it owed by creating a holding company that would include its dairy businesses and assets and divide shares among creditor banks and existing shareholders, “pending the eventual identification of a white knight to recapitalise the newly established group”.

今年7月，輝山乳業(yè)曾尋求開始重組其所欠下的總共39億美元債務(wù)——擬成立一家控股公司裝入其乳制品業(yè)務(wù)與資產(chǎn)，該控股公司由債權(quán)人銀行和現(xiàn)有股東共同持有，“直至最終尋求到白武士對新成立的集團(tuán)的資本進(jìn)行重新調(diào)整”。
