中國(guó)新建商品住宅價(jià)格漲幅降至21個(gè)月低點(diǎn)

Growth in the cost of new housing in China decelerated for a twelfth straight month in November, according to official figures, marking the slowest rise since early 2016.

根據(jù)官方數(shù)據(jù)，11月份中國(guó)新建商品住宅價(jià)格漲幅連續(xù)第12個(gè)月回落，創(chuàng)下2016年初以來的低點(diǎn)。

The average cost of new housing in 70 major cities grew 5.1 per cent in November, according to a weighted average from Reuters based on official data from China’s National Bureau of Statistics.

路透社(Reuters)根據(jù)中國(guó)國(guó)家統(tǒng)計(jì)局官方數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得出的加權(quán)平均值顯示，11月份中國(guó)70個(gè)大中城市新建商品住宅均價(jià)上漲5.1%。

The reading marked the twelfth consecutive month of slowing growth following a peak of 12.6 per cent in November 2016, as well as the slowest rate of growth since March of that year.

自2016年11月新建商品住宅價(jià)格漲幅達(dá)到12.6%的峰值后，這已經(jīng)是該價(jià)格漲幅連續(xù)第12個(gè)月放緩，同時(shí)也是2016年3月以來的最低漲幅。

In year-on-year terms prices rose in 59 of the 70 cities surveyed, with prices falling in top-tier cities including Shanghai and Beijing (both down 0.3 per cent), Chengdu (down 1.3 per cent) and Nanjing (down 1.5 per cent). While Hong Kong-adjacent Shenzhen saw the biggest fall, down 3.2 per cent, nearby Guangzhou saw prices rise 6.6 per cent from a year earlier.

Prices were up 0.3 per cent in month-on-month terms, unchanged from October, with price falls in 10 mostly top-tier cities, though average prices remained unchanged in Beijing, Shanghai and eight other cities.

環(huán)比來看，70個(gè)大中城市的新建商品住宅價(jià)格上漲0.3%，與10月份的環(huán)比漲幅持平。10個(gè)城市價(jià)格環(huán)比下降，主要是一、二線城市。但北京、上海和其他8個(gè)城市的均價(jià)環(huán)比持平。

The continued sluggishness for price growth comes after official figures showed investment in China’s real estate market rose at the slowest pace in nearly a year last month as growth in sales volume edged closer to a late 2015 low.

新建商品住宅價(jià)格上漲持續(xù)乏力。此前，上月的官方數(shù)據(jù)顯示，中國(guó)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)投資增速為將近一年來的最低水平，房地產(chǎn)銷售面積增速接近2015年末以來的低點(diǎn)。
