絕對的高薪!區(qū)塊鏈人才爭奪戰(zhàn)打響

Blockchain talents, who make an industry average of 25,000 yuan a month, are greatly needed this year as the demand for such professionals far exceeds the supply, according to a report by lieyunwang.com.

獵云網(wǎng)的一份報告指出，今年市場對區(qū)塊鏈人才的需求遠(yuǎn)大于這種專業(yè)人才的供應(yīng)量。區(qū)塊鏈人才行業(yè)平均月薪達(dá)2.5萬元。

In the first two months of this year, the recruitment demand for blockchain-related talents reached 9.7 times that of the same period in 2017, with the number of companies advertising blockchain-related positions rising 4.6-fold year-on-year, online recruitment platform Boss Zhipin said in areport.

在線招聘平臺Boss直聘在一份報告中稱，今年前兩個月，區(qū)塊鏈相關(guān)人才的招聘需求是2017年同期的9.7倍，刊登區(qū)塊鏈相關(guān)職位招聘廣告的企業(yè)數(shù)量同比增加4.6倍。

Employment-oriented social networking platform site LinkedIn also said in a report the global demand for blockchain talent has been surging since 2015 and the last two years have seen explosive growth.

以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺領(lǐng)英也在一份報告中指出，自2015年以來，全球?qū)^(qū)塊鏈人才的需求就一直在飆升，并在過去兩年出現(xiàn)爆炸性增長。

Chinese internet companies Tencent Holdings Ltd, Qihoo 360, Lenovo Group, JD.com and Meitu Inc are involved in the race to recruit blockchain talents, lieyunwang.com reported.

據(jù)獵云網(wǎng)報道，包括騰訊控股有限公司、奇虎360、聯(lián)想集團(tuán)、京東和美圖這些中國的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司，都參與了招募區(qū)塊鏈人才的競賽當(dāng)中。

Tencent is looking for senior blockchain product architects, offering a monthly salary of 25,000 to 50,000 yuan; Qihoo 360 is willing to offer 50,000 to 100,000 yuan per month for recruiting blockchain technicians; and Meitu is hiring a blockchain product director whose salary will range from 20,000 to 40,000 yuan, according to the report.

報告指出，騰訊正在尋找資深的區(qū)塊鏈產(chǎn)品架構(gòu)師，并提供了2.5萬至5萬元的月薪;奇虎360則愿意為招募到的區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)人員，提供5萬至10萬元的月薪;美圖公司正在招聘一名區(qū)塊鏈產(chǎn)品主管，其薪水從2萬到4萬元不等。

Recruitment requirements show that companies prefer to hire people for technical positions, such as blockchain system engineer, blockchain technical director and blockchain architect, and that Beijing, Shanghai and Hangzhou are where demand is strongest for blockchain talents, the report said.

該報告稱，招聘需求顯示，企業(yè)青睞為技術(shù)類職位招收人才，如區(qū)塊鏈系統(tǒng)工程師、區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)主管和區(qū)塊鏈架構(gòu)師，且北京、上海、杭州對區(qū)塊鏈人才的需求最大。

Some tech startups even would like to offer a yearly salary as high as 1 million yuan toblockchain talents.

一些科技創(chuàng)業(yè)公司甚至愿意為區(qū)塊鏈人才提供高達(dá)100萬元的年薪。

"Blockchain is a good technology, but it is still in the early stages of development, which means an effective application model needs to be built," Pony Ma, chairman and CEO of Tencent, said earlier this month.

騰訊董事長兼首席執(zhí)行官馬化騰曾在本月初表示：“區(qū)塊鏈?zhǔn)且豁?xiàng)很好的技術(shù)，但它仍處于發(fā)展的早期階段，這意味著需要構(gòu)建一個有效的應(yīng)用模式。”
