The Blue Book of Real Estate, released last Monday by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), said that house prices in first-tier cities are unlikely to bounce back in the short term.
中國社科院上周一發(fā)布的《房地產(chǎn)藍(lán)皮書》稱,一線城市房價短期將難以出現(xiàn)反彈。
The report also predicted that housing prices in Beijing will keep going down, even as new growth points emerge in cities around the capital.
該報告還預(yù)計,即便北京周邊城市房價出現(xiàn)新的增長點(diǎn),北京的房價也仍將繼續(xù)走低。
The rental market will become the major focus in cities such as Chongqing, Guangzhou and Nanjing.
租房市場將成為重慶、廣州、南京等城市的主要焦點(diǎn)。
The experts said the current ways to cool down the red-hot market, including limits on the house purchases and housing loans, are only suitable as a short-term solution, but are not good for the property market's long-term healthy development.
專家稱,目前我國以限購和限貸等方式為紅火的地產(chǎn)市場降溫,但這只適合作為短期的解決方案,并不利于地產(chǎn)市場長期健康的發(fā)展。
"The nation's real estate market is in urgent need of long-term reforms," said Wang Yeqiang, are searcher at the Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies of the CASS.
社科院城市發(fā)展與環(huán)境研究所研究員王業(yè)強(qiáng)表示:“我國房地產(chǎn)市場急需進(jìn)行長期改革。”
According to Wang, there is still enough room for an increase in the interest rate for mortgages.
王業(yè)強(qiáng)稱,目前仍然有足夠的空間來提高抵押貸款的利率。
