數(shù)據(jù)顯示 韓國(guó)大學(xué)生失業(yè)人數(shù)創(chuàng)新高

The number of unemployed college graduates in South Korea hit a record high in May, government data showed, in the latest sign of a tightened job market for young adults.

The number of jobless people with bachelor's degrees and above reached 402,000 in May, up 76,000 from a year earlier, according to the data compiled by Statistics Korea. It marked the largest monthly figure since 2000, the statistics agency said.

韓國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)局編纂的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，5月，韓國(guó)擁有大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷的失業(yè)人數(shù)達(dá)40.2萬人，比去年同期增加7.6萬人，創(chuàng)2000年以來的月度數(shù)據(jù)新高。

The statistics agency said unemployed people with bachelor's degrees and above accounted for 35.8% of the 1.12 million total jobless people.

該統(tǒng)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)稱，在總共112萬名失業(yè)者中，擁有本科及以上學(xué)歷的人占比35.8%。

 

South Korea's jobless rate stood at 4 percent in May, up 0.4 percentage point from a year earlier, marking the highest rate recorded for May in 18 years.

韓國(guó)5月份的失業(yè)率為4%，較去年同期增長(zhǎng)0.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn)，為18年以來5月份的最高水平。

The unemployment rate for young adults -- those aged between 15 and 29 -- was 10.5% in May, up 1.2 percentage points from a year earlier.

年齡在15至29歲的年輕人失業(yè)率為10.5%，比去年同期增加了1.2個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

Finance Minister Kim Dong-yeon said the May jobs data is "shocking."

韓國(guó)企劃財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)官金東兗稱，5月的就業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)“令人震驚”。
