清北大畢業(yè)生可優(yōu)先落戶(hù)上海引爭(zhēng)議

Shanghai will launch a "green passage" for non-Shanghai graduates from Peking and Tsinghua universities to apply for city residency, or hukou, through Dec 31, according to a newly released regulation.

根據(jù)一項(xiàng)最新頒布的規(guī)定，上海將建立北京大學(xué)和清華大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)生可直接落戶(hù)上海的綠色通道，受理時(shí)間延至12月31日。

Shanghai authorities made public their latest regulation on Aug 3, stating the city will explore a green passage mechanism to bring in graduates from high-level universities, using Peking and Tsinghua for the pilot program.

上海相關(guān)部門(mén)于8月3日公布了它們的最新規(guī)定，提出以北大和清華為試點(diǎn)，探索建立本科階段為國(guó)內(nèi)高水平大學(xué)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可直接落戶(hù)上海的綠色通道政策。

The city has a points system for non-Shanghai students to apply for the city’s hukou, measuring kinds of conditions of the graduates, and the lowest score should be 72.

上海對(duì)非本地學(xué)生申請(qǐng)上海戶(hù)口實(shí)行積分制，衡量畢業(yè)生的各個(gè)條件，最低分應(yīng)為72分。

According to the regulation, graduates still have to meet standards set by the city, but the application period was extended to Dec 31.

根據(jù)該規(guī)定，畢業(yè)生必須得滿(mǎn)足上海設(shè)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，但是申請(qǐng)期可延至12月31日。

However, some students from the two colleges said the policy is still “not enough” to attract them to work in Shanghai.

然而，北大和清華一些學(xué)生表示，該政策仍然不夠有吸引力。

Some netizens even argued that giving preferences to graduates from PKU and THU in Shanghai household registration may create privileges for the special group, which undermines fairness in society.

一些網(wǎng)友甚至認(rèn)為，允許北大和清華畢業(yè)生優(yōu)先落戶(hù)上海是在為他們創(chuàng)造特權(quán)，這有損社會(huì)公平。
