滴滴承諾嚴(yán)懲使用外掛的司機(jī)

Chinese ride-hailing giant Didi Chuxing has promised to seriously deal with the drivers on its platform using plug-ins to overcharge the passengers, reports Chinese Business View.

據(jù)《華商報》報道，國內(nèi)叫車巨頭滴滴出行承諾，將嚴(yán)肅處理平臺上使用外掛向乘客多收費(fèi)的司機(jī)。

By using the plug-ins, drivers can change thevehicles' normal orientations and driving courses onthe Didi Chuxing app, according to report.

報道稱，通過使用外掛，司機(jī)可以改變車輛在滴滴出行應(yīng)用上的正常導(dǎo)航和行駛路線。

Relevant reports about the illegal activity have aroused widespread concerns among the pubic and some passengers have reportedly filed complaints to the ride-hailing platform.

關(guān)于這項非法行為的報道引起了公眾的廣泛關(guān)注，一些乘客據(jù)稱已經(jīng)向滴滴出行投訴。

In response, Didi Chuxing said that they will repay the overcharged fees to the passengers if they provide valid evidence to the platform.

對此，滴滴出行回應(yīng)稱，如果乘客向平臺提供確鑿的證據(jù)，將返還多收乘客的費(fèi)用。

Meantime, the platform will beef up efforts to supervise the illegal activity, and the accounts of the involved drivers will be closed down, plus fines will be administered to the drivers.

同時，平臺還將加強(qiáng)對這項非法行為的監(jiān)督力度，對涉事司機(jī)進(jìn)行封號、罰款處理。

The drivers using the plug-ins may face criminal charges as well if their illegal gains surpass 3,000 yuan ($438), the Chinese Business View added.

《華商報》補(bǔ)充稱，使用這些外掛的司機(jī)如果非法所得超過3000元，也可能面臨刑事指控。
