遼寧明長(zhǎng)城遺址及清墓被盜案6人被判刑

Six people in northeast China's Liaoning Provincewere recently sentenced and fined after beingconvicted of excavating and robbing relics of theGreat Wall and an ancient tomb.

最近，東北遼寧省6人因盜掘長(zhǎng)城遺址和古墓，而被判刑和罰款。

The criminals excavated a Great Wall relics site, dating back to the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), and aQing Dynasty (1644-1911) ancient tomb in Jinzhouof Liaoning in May 2018, according to a local court.

據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄔ悍Q(chēng)，犯罪分子于2018年5月在遼寧金州發(fā)掘了一處長(zhǎng)城遺址，(該遺址)可追溯到明朝(1368-1644年)和大清王朝(1644-1911年)的古墓。

 

 

The excavation caused severe damage to the Great Wall relics. A porcelain bowl and apottery pot were stolen from the tomb, according to the provincial antique protectioncenter.

此次盜掘?qū)﹂L(zhǎng)城遺址造成了嚴(yán)重破壞。據(jù)遼寧省文物保護(hù)中心所述，從古墓中盜走瓷碗和陶盆各一件。

Two criminals were sentenced to six months in prison, and the other four were placed onprobation. They were fined from 3,000 yuan (US$446) to 8,000 yuan each.

其中2名罪犯被處有期徒刑6個(gè)月，其余4人判處緩刑。每人均被處以3000-8000元不等的罰金。

The stolen antiques were seized and turned over to the state treasury.

兩個(gè)被盜文物已被追回并上交國(guó)庫(kù)。
