臺灣發(fā)生6.4級地震，震感強烈

A tremor was felt in Taiwan early Thursday morning as a 6.4-magnitude earthquake hit sea waters off the island's eastern coast.

周四清晨，臺灣東海岸海域發(fā)生6.4級地震，震感強烈。

The quake, with a depth of 30 kilometers, jolted waters off Yilan County at 5:28 a.m. BJT, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.

據(jù)中國地震臺網(wǎng)中心消息，北京時間5月28日凌晨5時28分，宜蘭海域發(fā)生地震，震源深度30公里。

The quake made buildings sway strongly in Taipei and caused power outages to more than 1,400 houses. No casualties have been reported so far.

這次地震使臺北的建筑物劇烈搖晃，造成1400多座房屋停電。目前還沒有傷亡報告。

Local fire brigades rushed to tackle the gas leak caused by the tremor.
