China to expand healthcare reform
國常會(huì)明確深化醫(yī)改重點(diǎn)
China will establish a general support mechanism for covering outpatient medical bills under employee basic medical insurance and broaden the use of funds in individual accounts, to ease people's medical burdens, a State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang decided on Wednesday.
4月7日,國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)主持召開國務(wù)院常務(wù)會(huì)議,確定建立健全職工基本醫(yī)保門診共濟(jì)保障機(jī)制的措施,拓寬個(gè)人賬戶資金使用范圍,減輕群眾醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān)。
In recent years, China has made outpatient treatment for chronic and special diseases, such as high blood pressure and diabetes, reimbursable under the medical insurance plan, involving a large number of patients, according to the meeting.
近年來,我國已將涉及眾多患者的高血壓、糖尿病等門診慢特病納入醫(yī)保報(bào)銷。
Going forward, intensified efforts will be made to deepen reform of the medical and healthcare system, and strengthen the general support mechanism for covering outpatient medical bills under employee basic medical insurance, the meeting decided. More outpatient expenses will be included in medical insurance reimbursement to further reduce the burden on patients.

General outpatient medical expenses of some other chronic and special diseases, as well as frequently occurring diseases and common illnesses, incurring severe health damage and heavy costs, will be gradually covered by the unified accounts.
會(huì)議確定,逐步將部分對(duì)健康損害大、費(fèi)用負(fù)擔(dān)重的門診慢特病和多發(fā)病、常見病普通門診費(fèi)用納入統(tǒng)籌基金支付。
