義務(wù)教育學(xué)校大幅壓減考試次數(shù)

China's Ministry of Education has issued a circular on strengthening the management of school examinations during compulsory education, in a bid to effectively reduce the pressure faced by students.

教育部日前出臺(tái)關(guān)于加強(qiáng)義務(wù)教育學(xué)校考試管理的通知，以有效減輕學(xué)生所面臨的壓力。

No paper-and-pencil exams should be arranged for first and second graders in primary schools, and final examinations should be organized by schools every semester for other grades, according to a ministry press conference on Monday. Midterm exams can be arranged for junior high students in light of the real terms of different disciplines, the ministry said.
教育部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人在8月30日的新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上表示，小學(xué)一二年級(jí)不進(jìn)行紙筆考試，義務(wù)教育其他年級(jí)由學(xué)校每學(xué)期組織一次期末考試，初中年級(jí)從不同學(xué)科的實(shí)際出發(fā)，可適當(dāng)安排一次期中考試。

It also asked schools to reasonably control the difficulty of examinations and restrict the scope of examinations to their syllabuses and teaching schedules.
學(xué)校期末考試命題要合理控制考試難度，不得超越國(guó)家課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和學(xué)校教學(xué)進(jìn)度。

Local education authorities should not organize regional or interscholastic exams, and schools and classes should not organize weekly or monthly tests, the notice said.
各地不得組織區(qū)域性或跨校際的考試，學(xué)校和班級(jí)不得組織周考、月考等其他各類考試。

Moreover, the exam results should be divided into four or five grades, without giving specific scores, the notice added.
學(xué)校期中期末考試實(shí)行等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)，一般分4至5個(gè)等級(jí)。

The schools should not use test scores to label students or to determine which class to assign them to or where they should sit in class.
不得按考試結(jié)果給學(xué)生調(diào)整分班、排座位、"貼標(biāo)簽"。

Parents and students should be notified of the results in appropriate ways, and the results should not be ranked or published.
考試結(jié)果不排名、不公布，以適當(dāng)方式告知學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)。
