全面深化前海合作區(qū)改革開放

The reform and opening-up of the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone will be comprehensively deepened, according to a plan issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on Sept 6.

中共中央、國務(wù)院9月6日印發(fā)了《全面深化前海深港現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)合作區(qū)改革開放方案》。

The new blueprint was formulated to help Qianhai better play an exemplary and leading role in the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

方案將推動前海合作區(qū)全面深化改革開放，在粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)中更好發(fā)揮示范引領(lǐng)作用。

It proposes increasing the area of the Qianhai cooperation zone from 14.92 square kilometers to 120.56.

根據(jù)該方案，前海合作區(qū)總面積由14.92平方公里擴(kuò)展至120.56平方公里。

By 2035, Qianhai will boast a world-class business environment and will become an engine for high-quality development with strong capability in global resource allocation, breeding innovation and coordinated development.

到2035年，營商環(huán)境達(dá)到世界一流水平，建成全球資源配置能力強(qiáng)、創(chuàng)新策源能力強(qiáng)、協(xié)同發(fā)展帶動能力強(qiáng)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展引擎。

Qianhai will advance the development of the modern service industry, accelerate the reform and innovation of the system and mechanisms for sci-tech development, and innovate its governance model. It will also promote free trade in services with Hong Kong and Macao, expand the opening-up of the financial sector, further open up legal affairs and promote high-level participation in international cooperation.

前海深港現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)合作區(qū)將推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、加快科技發(fā)展體制機(jī)制改革創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)新合作區(qū)治理模式、深化與港澳服務(wù)貿(mào)易自由化、擴(kuò)大金融業(yè)對外開放、提升法律事務(wù)對外開放水平、高水平參與國際合作。
