我國(guó)已向世界提供超12.5億劑疫苗

The Global Development Initiative has charted the course for advancing global development and international development cooperation, said Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi, calling for taking the opportunity of implementing the initiative to further deepen global cooperation. He made the remarks in a speech at the opening ceremony of the 2021 Sustainable Development Forum in Beijing on Sunday via video link.

9月26日，國(guó)務(wù)委員兼外長(zhǎng)王毅以視頻方式出席在北京召開的2021年可持續(xù)發(fā)展論壇開幕式并發(fā)表主旨演講。他表示，"全球發(fā)展倡議"為各國(guó)發(fā)展和國(guó)際發(fā)展合作擘畫了藍(lán)圖。中方呼吁以落實(shí)"全球發(fā)展倡議"為契機(jī)，推動(dòng)國(guó)際發(fā)展事業(yè)向前邁進(jìn)。

As the largest developing country, China has always helped other developing countries and actively promoted South-South Cooperation, providing development assistance to more than 160 developing countries, according to Wang.

王毅表示，作為最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家，中國(guó)始終同其他發(fā)展中國(guó)家守望相助，積極推進(jìn)南南合作，為160多個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家提供了發(fā)展援助。

Talking about China's contributions to the global fight against COVID-19, Wang said that China has provided more than 1.25 billion doses of vaccines to the world, and will provide 2 billion throughout this year. In addition to donating $100 million to COVAX, China will donate 100 million additional doses of vaccines to other developing countries.

談到中國(guó)為全球抗擊新冠肺炎疫情作出的貢獻(xiàn)時(shí)，王毅說，中國(guó)已向世界提供超過12.5億劑疫苗，全年將對(duì)外提供20億劑疫苗，在向"新冠疫苗實(shí)施計(jì)劃"捐贈(zèng)1億美元基礎(chǔ)上，年內(nèi)將再向發(fā)展中國(guó)家無償捐贈(zèng)1億劑疫苗。
