《中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的政策與行動(dòng)》白皮書發(fā)布

China released a white paper on Oct 27 to document the country's progress in mitigating climate change, and to share its experiences and approaches with the international community. The white paper, titled "Responding to Climate Change: China's Policies and Actions," was released by the State Council Information Office.

國(guó)務(wù)院新聞辦公室10月27日發(fā)表《中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的政策與行動(dòng)》白皮書。白皮書介紹了中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的進(jìn)展，并與國(guó)際社會(huì)分享了中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的實(shí)踐和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Besides the preface and conclusion, the white paper consists of four parts: "China's New Responses to Climate Change," "Implementing a National Strategy of Actively Responding to Climate Change," "Significant Changes in China's Response to Climate Change," and "Building a Fair and Rational Global Climate Governance System for Win-Win Results."

白皮書由前言、正文和結(jié)束語三部分組成。正文包括四個(gè)部分，分別是：中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化新理念，實(shí)施積極應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略，中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化發(fā)生歷史性變化，共建公平合理、合作共贏的全球氣候治理體系。

Confronted by the challenges of climate change, China is willing to work together with the international community to ensure the Paris Agreement delivers steady and lasting results, and make greater contributions to the global response, according to the white paper.

白皮書指出，面對(duì)氣候變化嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)，中國(guó)愿與國(guó)際社會(huì)共同努力、并肩前行，助力《巴黎協(xié)定》行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)，為全球應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化作出更大貢獻(xiàn)。
