我國(guó)多舉措促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展

China unveiled measures to advance the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade to help bolster the home market, with domestic and international circulations progressing smoothly, said a circular issued by the General Office of the State Council.

近日，國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展的意見》，就促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化，形成強(qiáng)大國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，暢通國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際雙循環(huán)作出部署。

To support trade integration, the circular stressed improving laws, regulations and supervisory rules, and further aligning domestic trading rules and standards with global ones.
《意見》提出多條促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化發(fā)展的舉措，包括：健全法律法規(guī)，完善監(jiān)管體制，加強(qiáng)規(guī)則對(duì)接，促進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證銜接；

Efforts should be made to help companies, such as cross-border supply chain service providers, navigate operations in markets at home and abroad, the circular said.
支持跨國(guó)供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)企業(yè)等市場(chǎng)主體內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化經(jīng)營(yíng)；

Promoting integrated trade requires nurturing new business modes, such as digital development backed by modern information technology.
培育內(nèi)外貿(mào)新業(yè)態(tài)新模式，充分利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)，推動(dòng)內(nèi)外貿(mào)數(shù)字化發(fā)展；

Nurturing professionals with necessary skills will also be strengthened.
加強(qiáng)內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)等。
