北京2022年冬奧會(huì)圓滿閉幕

The Olympic flame has been extinguished, bringing down the curtain on the Beijing 2022 Winter Games, but the passion still lingers from the sports gala that has enlivened and inspired the world amid the pandemic.

隨著奧林匹克圣火緩緩熄滅，北京2022年冬奧會(huì)落下帷幕，但這場(chǎng)在疫情中為世界注入活力、鼓舞人心的體育盛會(huì)帶來(lái)的激情永續(xù)。

After all 109 medal events were decided, the closing ceremony was held on Sunday at the National Stadium in Beijing.
2月20日，北京冬奧會(huì)全部比賽結(jié)束，總共109個(gè)小項(xiàng)的冠軍各有歸屬，當(dāng)晚，北京冬奧會(huì)閉幕式在國(guó)家體育場(chǎng)舉行。

Thomas Bach, President of the International Olympic Committee, lauded the Beijing Winter Olympics as "truly exceptional" when addressing the closing ceremony Sunday night.
國(guó)際奧委會(huì)主席托馬斯•巴赫發(fā)表致辭，稱贊這是一屆"真正無(wú)與倫比的"冬奧會(huì)。

"The Olympic spirit could only shine so brightly, because the Chinese people set the stage in such an excellent way - and in a safe way," Bach said. "The Olympic Villages were outstanding. The venues - magnificent. The organization -extraordinary... This unforgettable experience was only possible because of our gracious hosts, the Chinese people," he added.
巴赫說(shuō)："奧林匹克精神之所以閃耀，因?yàn)橹袊?guó)人民搭建了一個(gè)出色而安全的奧運(yùn)舞臺(tái)。冬奧村獨(dú)具匠心，場(chǎng)館令人嘆為觀止，組織工作非凡卓越。……我們之所以有北京冬奧會(huì)的難忘經(jīng)歷，要?dú)w功于熱情好客的東道主全體中國(guó)人民。"
