《“十四五”退役軍人服務(wù)和保障規(guī)劃》印發(fā)

China has issued a plan to further bolster the high-quality development of services and support for retired servicemen during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025). The main objectives are to improve assistance, work opportunities, pensions and preferential treatment for veterans, while better protecting their rights, interests and dignity, said the plan jointly issued by the general offices of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission.
為推動(dòng)退役軍人工作高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳、中央軍委辦公廳日前印發(fā)《“十四五”退役軍人服務(wù)和保障規(guī)劃》）?！兑?guī)劃》提出服務(wù)保障能力明顯提升、安置就業(yè)質(zhì)量全面提高、撫恤優(yōu)待制度更加健全、合法權(quán)益得到有力維護(hù)等主要目標(biāo)。
To deliver on the goals, the plan outlines measures including improving the management system for veterans affairs, reforming the assistance system for veterans, supporting their employment and entrepreneurship, and advancing the system for the provision of pensions and preferential treatment.
《規(guī)劃》部署了完善退役軍人事務(wù)管理體系、深化退役軍人安置制度改革、全面促進(jìn)退役軍人就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)、健全撫恤優(yōu)待保障制度等重點(diǎn)任務(wù)。
