推進社會信用體系建設高質(zhì)量發(fā)展

The general offices of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have issued a guideline on supporting the development of the social credit system.
近日，中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳印發(fā)了《關于推進社會信用體系建設高質(zhì)量發(fā)展促進形成新發(fā)展格局的意見》。
It called for strengthening the integrity of scientific research and protecting intellectual property rights, cracking down on thesis trading, and optimizing the protection and application system for intellectual property rights.
意見提出，強化科研誠信建設和知識產(chǎn)權保護，打擊論文買賣“黑色產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈”，健全知識產(chǎn)權保護運用體制。


Quality control of products and services will be enhanced, and the supply of quality products and services in the domestic market will be expanded, the guideline said, adding that China will also cultivate model enterprises of integrity management.
深入實施質(zhì)量提升行動，擴大國內(nèi)市場優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和服務供給，培育一大批誠信經(jīng)營、守信踐諾的標桿企業(yè)。


Meanwhile, China will foster an environment for honest consumption and investment, such as cracking down on the production and sale of counterfeit goods, illegal advertising, and false publicity.
打造誠信消費投資環(huán)境，依法打擊制假售假、違法廣告、虛假宣傳等行為。


China will also improve the credit system for ecological and environmental protection, according to the document.
完善生態(tài)環(huán)保信用制度。
