商務(wù)部：擇優(yōu)擇地開展內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化試點(diǎn)

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) on Thursday said that it will work with related agencies to carry out pilot programs for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade in selected regions.
商務(wù)部4月21日表示，將會(huì)同有關(guān)部門擇優(yōu)選擇部分地區(qū)開展內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化試點(diǎn)。

The move is aimed at clearing institutional obstacles to the integration of domestic and foreign trade, helping market players make full use of the two markets and realizing the efficient operation of domestic and foreign trade, MOC spokesperson Gao Feng said during an online news briefing.
商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人高峰在線上新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上說(shuō)，此舉旨在破除內(nèi)外貿(mào)一體化制度性障礙，幫助市場(chǎng)主體充分利用國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際兩個(gè)市場(chǎng)兩種資源，實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)的高效運(yùn)行。

Specific tasks include pushing the alignment of rules, giving full play to the roles of free trade pilot zones and free trade ports, enhancing reforms and innovation, and promoting the effective connection of domestic and foreign trade rules.
具體任務(wù)包括推動(dòng)規(guī)則對(duì)接，充分發(fā)揮自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)、自由貿(mào)易港的示范引領(lǐng)作用，加大改革創(chuàng)新力度，促進(jìn)內(nèi)外貿(mào)規(guī)則有效銜接。

The regions will actively convert domestic and international standards, and improve the mutual recognition level for inspection, quarantine, certification and accreditation, according to MOC.
據(jù)商務(wù)部介紹，這些地區(qū)將會(huì)積極開展國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)轉(zhuǎn)化，提升檢驗(yàn)檢疫、認(rèn)證認(rèn)可互認(rèn)水平。
