China will soon launch a national youth football league, in a bid to foster young talent.

According to the Workplan for the China Youth Football League (CYFL) (2022-2024), jointly released on Wednesday by the Ministry of Education, the State General Administration of Sport (GAS) and the Chinese Football Association (CFA), the youth football league is open to all youth teams nationwide.
根據(jù)教育部、國(guó)家體育總局、中國(guó)足協(xié)共同研究制定的《中國(guó)青少年足球聯(lián)賽賽事組織工作方案（2022-2024年）》，中國(guó)青少年足球聯(lián)賽面向的是全體青少年。

"Whoever the team represents, either a public school, a training academy or a professional club, can take part," said Qiao Daihu, a CFA official in charge of organizing the league.
中國(guó)足協(xié)男足青訓(xùn)部部長(zhǎng)、中國(guó)青少年足球聯(lián)賽賽事辦公室執(zhí)行秘書(shū)喬岱虎介紹，聯(lián)賽不設(shè)球員、球隊(duì)參賽限制，體校代表隊(duì)、學(xué)校代表隊(duì)、職業(yè)俱樂(lè)部青訓(xùn)梯隊(duì)、社會(huì)青訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)等都可參賽。

League matches will be categorized into 18 groups, nine for male and nine for female.
聯(lián)賽設(shè)男、女各9個(gè)、共18個(gè)競(jìng)賽組別。
