民政部?jī)和@?月10日答復(fù)網(wǎng)民關(guān)于《未成年人文身治理工作辦法》的一些疑問(wèn)時(shí)表示,未成年人是無(wú)民事行為能力或者限制民事行為能力的人,文身已明顯超出未成年人的理解和理性判斷范圍,即使父母同意許可也依然不能提供文身服務(wù)。
