Online shoppers should be granted a seven-day cooling-off period, within which they would be able to get a refund, a draft amendment presented to the legislature on Tuesday has proposed。
Cooling-off period字面意思為“冷靜期”,指消費(fèi)者在購(gòu)物之后的某個(gè)時(shí)間段內(nèi)有權(quán)要求退貨(return goods for a refund)或者取消交易(cancel a deal),所以也可稱為購(gòu)物“后悔期”。
