實(shí)用英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ):我要減肥

After a cold winter, I got a lot of fat on me. In winter we're wrapped by thick coats, so there is no obvious difference between slim and fat. But when summer comes, clothes changed into thin. If a circle of fat is around your waist, what a shame! I need to lose fat. My plan is to be on diet and do exercises, eat less more exercises. I know it's a tough job. But in order to be fit i should keep on.

經(jīng)過一個(gè)寒冷的冬天，身上長(zhǎng)出了不少贅肉。冬天我們總是裹著厚厚的衣服，所以看不出胖瘦。但是夏天到了，因?yàn)橐路鼙?，所以如果腰上掛著一個(gè)救生圈就會(huì)很難看。我要開始減肥啦。我的計(jì)劃是節(jié)食加運(yùn)動(dòng)，少吃東西多運(yùn)動(dòng)。雖然很辛苦，但是為了能保持苗條的身材，我一定要堅(jiān)持。
