周文質(zhì)（？－1334），元代文學(xué)家。字仲彬，建德（今屬浙江）人，后居杭州。與鐘嗣成相交二十余年，兩人情深意篤，形影不離，故《錄鬼簿》對他有詳細(xì)的記載：“體貌清癯，學(xué)問淵博，資性工巧，文筆新奇。家世儒業(yè)，俯就路吏。善丹青，能歌舞，明曲調(diào)，諧音律。性尚豪俠，好事敬客善繪畫，諧音律。所作雜劇今知有四種?，F(xiàn)僅《蘇武還鄉(xiāng)》（或稱《蘇武還朝》）存有殘曲。散曲存有小令四十三首，套數(shù)五套，多男女相思之作。

新秋夜，

微醉時(shí)，

月明中倚闌獨(dú)自。

吟成幾聯(lián)斷腸詩，

說不盡滿懷心事。

At a fresh autumn night,

With an intoxication slight,

I recline against the balustrade alone in the moonlight,

Chanting a few lines that heart breakingly blight,

Yet they are not enough to vent my spite.
