A: Room Service. Good afternoon. Can I help you?

B: Good afternoon. My name is Cooper. I'm in Room 1405. I'd like to order two ham sandwiches and a large pot of coffee. Would you please bring them to my room as soon as possible?

A: No problem, sir. Two ham sandwiches and a large pot of coffee.

B: That's it.

A: Is that all, sir?

B: Yes. Oh, wait a minute. You can forget the sugar and cream. Just plain coffee will do, and please make it very strong.

A: OK. No sugar, no cream, black coffee and very strong. I'll bring it to you right away.

A: Room Service. May I come in?

B: Come in, please.

A: Mr. Cooper?

B: Yes. Just put them on the table over there.

A: All right. Here is your ham sandwiches, mustard, catch-up and coffee. All sandwiches are ten dollars each and coffee is three fifty. That all comes to 13.50 plus 20 percent service. The total is 16.20. Here is your bill.

B: Thank you. Can I have it all charged to my acount, please?

A: Certainly, sir. Would you sign here, please? Thank you for using Room Service. Goodbye!
