I’m Andy Culpepper with On Screen. Take a trip back in time with the new Aussie【澳大利亞的】 film The Dish. It’s the time of Neil Armstrong Apollo 11, and that walk on the moon. American cast(1) member Patrick Warburden, the lone(2) Yank【美國(guó)人】 remembers the real event.

“Every time you see it to a degree you relive(3) it. It’s not just, you know, an astronaut(4) stepping on the moon, it’s one of the greatest achievements in human histories.”

He was five years old then, he’s 36 now and father to 4 children of his own, who joined Dad down under【澳大利亞】 to make a film about a huge radio telescope and the men who crewed(5) it.

“They loved Australia, they love the Crocodile Hunter and all that stuff, so we went down there and we got to, you know, just in the wild and all the bats and the possums【負(fù)鼠】that would come out at night and we feed them and the kangaroos【袋鼠】in the wild, the road trips we went on.”
