Fresh air Taking a brisk walk on a fine day will not only revive2) you, it will wake up your skin, too. Don’t bother with make-up so that your skin can breathe --but make sure you moisturise first.
Diet It should be full of the right vitamins, minerals3) and nutrients4)--they’re not only good for your body, but will keep your skin looking good, too. And always eat at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
Massage5) Five minutes, twice a week, of firm but gentle sweeping movements upwards and outwards will boost the circulation and help reduce puffiness, leaving your skin glowing with health.
