On Punctuality
Punctuality means observing regular or appointed time . A man who gets up at six o'clock everymoming is punctual. A man who promises to call on a friend at five o'clock in the aftemoon andactually does so at that hour is also punctual.

Undoubtedly, unpunctuality is harmful. Getting up five minutes later than usual may upset the planof the day. If a person isinvited to a dinner but arrives later than expected, he keeps all the other guests and the hostwaiting for him alone. This is great impoliteness.
